A SECOND MAN HAS BEEN ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE BURGLARY OF THE SPRING TRAINING HOME OF THREE RAYS PLAYERS IN MARCH.  DETECTIVES PICKED UP 19 YEAR OLD DAVID RUFINO OF NORTH PORT AT US 41 AND COCHRAN BOULEVARD JUST BEFORE 10PM LAST NIGHT.  HE HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH ARMED BURGLARY OF AN UNOCCUPIED DWELLING, GRAND THEFT, AND DEALING IN STOLEN PROPERTY.  HE IS BEING HELD ON $35,000 BOND IN THE CHARLOTTE COUNTY JAIL.  DETECTIVES ARRESTED 22 YEAR OLD STEVEN VAUGHN OF PORT CHARLOTTE IN HIS JAIL CELL YESTERDAY.  HE IS THERE ON UNRELATED CHARGES AND WAS BOOKED ON THE SAME CHARGES AS RUFINO IN CONNECTION WITH THE MARCH 26TH BURGLARY OF THE HOME OF EVAN LONGORIA, DAVID PRICE, AND REID BRIGNAC.  MORE THAN $60,000 WORTH OF STUFF WAS TAKEN, INCLUDING ELECTRONICS, WATCHES, JEWELRY, AND AN AK-47 RIFLE.  NONE OF THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN RECOVERED, AND DEPUTIES SAY THE INVESTIGATION IS STILL ONGOING AND ACTIVE.
