Philbilly has loved country music since he worked tending the cattle when he was a kid in Arkansas.  He comes to Arcadia after entertaining folks from Tulsa to Tampa.  He’s a fan of traditional country and loves Bangin The Twang with America’s Best Country every night and weekend mornings on the New Classic Country 1045!
