Remember the heart-wrenching burglary at the old Brownville School last October? Thieves broke in, targeting the DeSoto County Toys For Tots collection, stealing over $2,500 worth of toys meant for local kids!

Today we are thrilled to share thanks to the diligent efforts of #TeamDCSO and surrounding law enforcement agencies, several individuals involved have been arrested and have taken responsibility for their actions, including Ashley Downs, Eric Downs, Courtney Sumner, Lilian Kullen and Timothy Kilgo, who have either been arrested or turned themselves in.

Yet our work is NOT done! We are still searching for one additional suspect, Serenity Cheyanne Shipley. If you have any information regarding her whereabouts, please contact the DCSO non-emergency line at 863-993-4700.
