DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office Hosts National Night Out October 7
The DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office invites the community to its National Night Out on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Turner Agri-Civic Center, 2250 NE Roan St., Arcadia.
This free, family-friendly event will feature popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones, hot dogs, bounce houses, outdoor games, demonstrations, free eye exams, and more.
Residents will have the chance to meet Sheriff Potter and members of DCSO, including law enforcement deputies, detention deputies, the Criminal Investigative Division, SWAT, narcotics, 9-1-1 telecommunications, dive team, community outreach, agriculture unit, and school resource deputies.
The evening highlights community partnerships, crime prevention, and resources to keep families safe while offering plenty of fun for all ages.
