New additions to the list include Aicardi syndrome, a rare neurological disorder, Lafora disease, a progressive form of epilepsy, and primary cardiac sarcoma, an aggressive heart cancer. Also added were hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma and primary intracranial malignant melanoma.
