THE MAN WANTED FOR STEALING FLEA MEDICATION LAST MONTH TURNED HIMSELF IN WEDNESDAY. CHARLOTTE COUNTY DEPUTIES TOOK 38 YEAR OLD RICHARD MARSHALL OF PORT CHARLOTTE INTO CUSTODY AT A PORT CHARLOTTE ATTORNEY’S OFFICE AND CHARGED HIM WITH GRAND THEFT. DEPUTIES SAY HE AND HIS WIFE STACIE STOLE 47 BOXES OF FRONTLINE PLUS FROM THE PUNTA GORDA WAL-MART JUNE 18TH AND WERE SELLING IT ON E-BAY. A NEWSPAPER READER CONTACTED THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE AFTER SEEING THEIR PICTURE. STACIE WAS ARRESTED LAST FRIDAY AND BONDED OUT ON SATURDAY. RICHARD POSTED BOND AND WAS RELEASED WEDNESDAY FROM THE CHARLOTTE COUNTY JAIL.
