The Greenville County Coroner’s Office confirmed Tuesday that actress Hayden Panettiere died from the toxic effects of fentanyl combined with several other drugs. The toxicology report listed fentanyl, 4-ANPP, Alprazolam, Methocarbamol, and Quetiapine in her system, and the manner of death was ruled an accident. 4-ANPP is a chemical precursor used in the production of illicit fentanyl, while the other three substances are the generic names for Xanax, Robaxin, and Seroquel.
