STATE AUTHORITIES ARE LOOKING FOR A MAN WHO DID NOT RETURN HIS 8 YEAR OLD SON TO HIS MOTHER ON SUNDAY AS PER THEIR COURT ORDERED CUSTODY AGREEMENT.  SARASOTA COUNTY DEPUTIES SAY 48 YEAR OLD KENNITH STEPHAN JR. REMOVED HIS BELONGINGS FROM HIS CAPE CORAL RESIDENCE, AND HIS WHEREABOUTS, ALONG WITH HIS SON ALEXANDER, ARE UNKNOWN.  STEPHAN MAY BE DRIVING AN OLDER MODEL WHITE CHEVY OR DODGE VAN BEARING TEXAS PLATES WITH BOSTON RED SOX AND NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS STICKERS ON IT.  ALEXANDER IS DESCRIBED AS FOUR FEET TALL, 54 POUNDS, WITH BLONDE HAIR AND GREEN EYES.  LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES THROUGHOUT FLORIDA AND IN OTHER STATES ARE SEARCHING FOR STEPHAN.  DEPUTIES SAY BACK IN 2008 KENNITH TOOK ALEXANDER TO NEW HAMPSHIRE IN VIOLATION OF THE CUSTODY AGREEMENT.  ANYONE WITH INFORMATION IS ASKED TO CALL DETECTIVE KIM MCGATH AT 861-4928, OR CRIME STOPPERS AT 366-TIPS.
