THE FLU VACCINE IS $25 DOLLARS, AND THEY ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS AND MEDICARE AS PAYMENT. MEDICARE HMO’S AND CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PNEUMONIA VACCINATIONS WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE FOR $50 DOLLARS. THE CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION RECOMMENDS THAT EVERYONE SIX MONTHS AND OLDER GET A SEASONAL FLU SHOT. THE SEASONAL FLU VACCINE CONTAINS PROTECTION AGAINST AN H3N2 VIRUS, AN INFLUENZA B VIRUS, AND THE 2009 H1N1 VIRUS.
