Arcadia Police Department FL
On 12/31/23, Lt. Carrillo conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a seat belt violation. After further investigation, Jakeem Gant (33) is a convicted felon and was in possession of a firearm. Gant was arrested and charged with Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon.
Based off the this investigation, there is pending charges from Lee County due to the firearm being reported stolen.
