The Board of County Commissioners of DeSoto County, Florida will consider the adoption of an ordinance at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 6:30 PM or as soon thereafter as it may be heard, in the County Commission Meeting Room 103, Administration Building 201 East Oak Street, Arcadia, Florida as follows.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE DESOTO COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS CONCERNING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS; REVISING THE IMPROVEMENT PLAN REVIEW PROCESS FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS TO PROVIDE FOR FINAL REVIEW BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; AMENDING SECTION 20-144(i) OF THE DESOTO COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE CODE OF ORDINANCES AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Members of the public are advised that if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at a board meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceeding, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record included the testimony and evidence upon which, the appeal is made.
