DeSoto County Launches Unified SAFE Program for Residents with Special Needs
The DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office has rolled out the new SAFE Program, combining all previous special needs registries into a single, streamlined system. The program allows families to share vital information with first responders, helping ensure safe and informed interactions during emergencies.
Participants receive distinctive decals for their homes and vehicles to alert responders when specialized care may be needed.
Residents already enrolled in earlier sticker programs are encouraged to stop by and pick up their updated SAFE decals.
