*Fleeing from law enforcement on a stolen motorcycle in DeSoto County, while wearing shorts, with an easily identifiable leg tattoo!!
Yesterday evening, our Criminal Investigative Division/Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 1213 NE Sugar Babe Road, where Kyle Chaney, the stolen motorcycle and large quantities of narcotics were recovered.
Upon completion of the investigation, Kyle Chaney (and his leg tattoo) was arrested and charged with Grand Theft- Motor Vehicle, Flee to Elude Law Enforcement, Resisting Arrest, Driving while License Suspended/Revoked and No Motorcycle Endorsement.
Dustin Accardi was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine (40.2 grams), Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute/Sell (356.98 grams), 3 counts of Possession of Controlled Substance without Prescription (Marijuana, Oxy and Xanax) and Possession of drug paraphernalia.
