His charges are as follows: Possession with Intent to Sell, Sale of a Controlled Substance within 1000 feet of a Place of Worship or Convenience Business, Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell or Deliver, Marijuana Possession – with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver schedule I, Possession of Paraphernalia.
