His charges are as follows: two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Resisting Officer-obstruct without violence, two counts of Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Cannabis-more than 20 grams, Driving while License Suspended 2nd or subsequent offense, and Operating while Drivers License Suspended, Cancelled, or Revoked.
