20TH OF MAY EMANCIPATION IN FLORIDA
Dr. Martha Bireda, Director of the Blanchard House Museum of African American History and Culture of Charlotte County in Punta Gorda, will speak about Florida Emancipation Day at our meeting at noon, on Mon., May 20, in the McSwain Room of DeSoto Memorial Hospital.
The presentation is free and open to the public.
