AN ELDERLY PORT CHARLOTTE MAN FLIPPED HIS CAR ON THE INTERSTATE EARLY YESTERDAY MORNING.  THE FLORIDA HIGHWAY PATROL SAYS 83 YEAR OLD WILLIAM SCEVOLA WAS NORTHBOUND ON I-75 NEAR MILE MARKER 160 JUST BEFORE 6AM WHEN HE DRIFTED LEFT AND OFF THE ROADWAY.  HE THEN OVER CORRECTED AND CROSSED OVER ALL LANES TO THE OUTSIDE EMERGENCY LANE BEFORE CROSSING OVER AGAIN BACK INTO THE MEDIAN.  WHEN HE HIT THE GRASS HE OVERTURNED HIS 1999 CHEVY VENTURE.  FORTUNATELY HE WAS WEARING HIS SEAT BELT AS HE WAS TAKEN TO LEE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL WITH JUST MINOR INJURIES.  TROOPERS SAY ALCOHOL WAS NOT A FACTOR AND NO CHARGES WILL BE FILED.
