FOUR PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED WEDNESDAY FOLLOWING AN UNDERCOVER PURCHASE OF NARCOTICS IN A PLACIDA ROAD PARKING LOT. CHARLOTTE COUNTY DEPUTIES SAY THE DRUG BUY WAS FOR OXYCODONE AND ALPRAZOLAM PILLS, AND ONCE THE TRANSACTION WAS COMPLETED, DETECTIVES MOVED IN. ARRESTED WERE WAS DRIVER, 28 YEAR OLD LARKIN INTERVAL OF ROTONDA WEST, ALONG WITH PASSENGERS 62 YEAR OLD JOAN BOTHCHIS, ALSO OF ROTONDA WEST, AND 27 YEAR OLD LEE GALLOWAY AND 25 YEAR OLD RACHELLE SCRIBNER, BOTH OF PORT CHARLOTTE. A SEARCH OF THE VEHICLE FOUND MORE DRUGS AND OVER $500 CASH. ALL FOUR WERE CHARGED WITH SALE AND DELIVERY OF BOTH ALPRAZOLAM AND OXYCODONE ALONG WITH POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, AND THEY ALL HAD ADDITIONAL DRUG CHARGES ADDED ON. THEY ARE BEING HELD ON VARYING AMOUNTS OF BOND IN THE CHARLOTTE COUNTY JAIL, AND ALL ARE MULTIPLE OFFENDERS, WITH INTERVAL LEADING THE WAY AS THIS IS HER 16TH BOOKING.
