A SARASOTA MAN WAS ARRESTED EARLY MONDAY MORNING AFTER ALLEGEDLY FONDLING A YOUNG GIRL AT HER HOME LATE SUNDAY NIGHT. THE 10 YEAR OLD VICTIM TOLD SARASOTA COUNTY DEPUTIES THAT 20 YEAR OLD RYAN BRIZENDINE FORCED HER TO TOUCH HIM AND HE FONDLED HER AND FORCED HER TO PERFORM SEXUAL ACTS. DEPUTIES WERE CALLED TO THE HOME AND ARRESTED BRIZENDINE WITHOUT INCIDENT. HE WAS CHARGED WITH SEXUAL BATTERY ON A CHILD YOUNGER THAN 12, AND IS BEING HELD ON A QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLARS BOND IN THE SARASOTA COUNTY JAIL.
