Today, Salvador Rocha of “Acme Restoration, LLC.” was arrested for illegal dumping of debris.
Due to dumping waste for commercial purposes and in such large amounts, this offense is a third degree felony.
The DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office and DeSoto County, FL Board of County Commissioners have zero tolerance for illegal dumping.
