ONE MAN WAS ARRESTED AND ANOTHER IS ON THE LOOSE AFTER SURVEILLANCE VIDEO CAUGHT THEM BREAKING INTO VEHICLES AT A SARASOTA BUSINESS.  SARASOTA COUNTY DEPUTIES SAY THEY WERE CALLED TO UNDERGROUND UTILITY SERVICES ON CATALYST AVENUE JUST AFTER 3AM SUNDAY BY THE ALARM COMPANY WHO SAID THEY SAW TWO SUSPECTS ON CAMERA BREAKING INTO VEHICLES AND ATTEMPTING TO STEAL A LARGE QUANTITY OF COPPER WIRE.  AS DEPUTIES ARRIVED ON SCENE, THE SUSPECTS RAN AND JUMPED INTO A LAKE BORDERING THE BUSINESS.  DEPUTIES DID CATCH 34 YEAR OLD ROY SURBER IN THE LAKE, BUT HIS ACCOMPLICE GOT AWAY.  SURBER WAS CHARGED WITH BURGLARY, GRAND THEFT, POSSESSION OF BURGLARY TOOLS, AND WEARING A MASK WHILE COMMITTING AN OFFENSE.  HE WAS TAKEN TO THE SARASOTA COUNTY JAIL.
