A VENICE MOTORCYCLIST WAS KILLED IN AN ACCIDENT ON THE INTERSTATE EARLY THIS MORNING.  THE FLORIDA HIGHWAY PATROL SAYS 51 YEAR OLD CURTIS HALEY WAS SOUTHBOUND ON I-75 ABOUT A MILE SOUTH OF THE VENICE CONNECTOR JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT WHEN HE RAN HIS KAWASAKI INTO THE BACK OF A DUMP TRUCK THAT WAS DRIVEN BY 49 YEAR OLD MARK GLOTFELTY OF VENICE.  THE IMPACT THREW HALEY TO THE RIGHT SHOULDER OF THE ROADWAY WHILE HIS CYCLE ENDED UP IN THE LEFT LANE AND WAS RUN OVER BY A TOWN&COUNTRY THAT WAS DRIVEN BY 48 YEAR OLD KIMBERLY GEAQUINTO OF DEERFIELD BEACH.  HEALY WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE WHILE GEAQUINTO WAS TREATED AT THE SCENE FOR MINOR INJURIES.  GLOTFELTY WAS NOT INJURED.  TROOPERS SAY THAT NO CHARGES WILL BE FILED SINCE HALEY WAS DEEMED AT FAULT.
