A SARASOTA MAN WAS ARRESTED AFTER DETECTIVES SAY HE SET FIRE TO A HOME HIM AND HIS ESTRANGED WIFE OWN. DEPUTIES SAY 60 YEAR OLD ROBERT JOLLY WAS SERVED WITH A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE INJUNCTION AND ORDERED OUT OF THE HOME AT 4930 SABAL LAKE CIRCLE MARCH 19TH, AND SHORTLY AFTER MIDNIGHT ON MARCH 20TH THE HOME WENT UP IN FLAMES. NO ONE WAS AT HOME AT THE TIME OF THE FIRE, BUT THE DAMAGE WAS SET AT $700,000. INVESTIGATORS DETERMINED THE FIRE WAS SET, AND WEDNESDAY THEY ARRESTED JOLLY, CHARGING HIM WITH FIRST DEGREE ARSON. HE POSTED A $100,000 BOND AND WAS RELEASED FROM THE SARASOTA COUNTY JAIL.
