A NORTH PORT MAN WAS ARRESTED AFTER TWO UNDERCOVER DRUG DEALS IN PORT CHARLOTTE OVER THE LAST 10 DAYS. CHARLOTTE COUNTY DEPUTIES SAY BACK ON MAY 25TH THEY PURCHASED EIGHT OXYCODONE PILLS FROM 58 YEAR OLD PAUL VIVERIROS IN A GAS STATION PARKING LOT ON TAMIAMI TRAIL IN PORT CHARLOTTE. THEN WEDNESDAY, VIVERIROS SOLD 42 OXYCODONE PILLS TO UNDERCOVER DETECTIVES IN THE SAME GAS STATION PARKING LOT. WHEN THAT DEAL WAS DONE, NARCOTICS AND STREET CRIMES UNIT DETECTIVES MOVED IN AND MADE THE ARREST. VIVERIROS WAS CHARGED WITH TRAFFICKING IN OXYCODONE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF OXYCODONE, AND TWO COUNTS OF POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. HE POSTED A $32,000 BOND AND WAS RELEASED.
