THE FLORIDA HIGHWAY PATROL HAS ARRESTED A SARASOTA MAN IN CONNECTION WITH A FATAL ACCIDENT IN ENGLEWOOD MARCH 13TH.  TROOPERS SAY 69 YEAR OLD GEOFFREY OLDER HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH VEHICULAR HOMICIDE AFTER HE RAN OVER A MAN AT A CAR SHOW AT THE ENGLEWOOD ELKS ON NORTH INDIANA AVENUE.  OLDER WAS IN HIS 1965 COBRA NORTHBOUND ON INDIANA WHEN TROOPERS SAY HE ACCELERATED HIS VEHICLE IN A RECKLESS MANNER AND LOST CONTROL.  OLDER THEN ATTEMPTED TO REGAIN CONTROL BY APPLYING HIS BRAKES, BUT HE SPUN OUT ONTO THE SIDEWALK AND HIT 79 YEAR OLD GERALD NEUMAN.  NEUMAN HAD STOPPED TO LOOK AT THE CARS AT THE LEMON BAY ANTIQUE AUTOMOBILE CLUB’S ANNUAL CAR SHOW.  HE WAS TAKEN TO BAYFRONT MEDICAL CENTER IN ST.
