CHARLOTTE COUNTY NARCOTICS DETECTIVES RAIDED A PORT CHARLOTTE HOME THURSDAY MORNING AND MADE THREE ARRESTS.  AUTHORITIES STORMED THE HOME AT 484 BARGER DRIVE, UNIT-A JUST AFTER 7AM AFTER THEY MADE TWO PREVIOUS BUYS EARLIER IN THE MONTH.  A SEARCH OF THE HOME FOUND QUANTITIES OF METHADONE, TRAZADONE, AND OXYCODONE PILLS ALONG WITH SEVERAL PIECES OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND A DIGITAL SCALE.  ARRESTED ON A VARIETY OF DRUG CHARGES WERE 25 YEAR OLD JOSEPH MULLINS, 23 YEAR OLD INNA OSIPOV, AND 26 YEAR OLD JOHN BROADLEY, WHO ALL LIVE IN THE HOME.  MULLINS WAS ALSO CHARGED WITH VIOLATION OF PROBATION AND REMAINS IN JAIL WITHOUT BOND AS A CONVICTED FELON.  OSIPOV MADE BOND AND WAS RELEASED, WHILE BROADLEY REMAINS IN JAIL ON $4000 BOND.
