Today is a day to honor and remember the first responders and the many others whose lives were taken too soon during the attacks that occurred on September 11th, 2001. As Americans our spirits will always prevail and on the 20th Anniversary of 9/11, Sheriff James F. Potter and staff at the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office will never forget the souls we lost and the courage displayed during this tragedy.
