A SARASOTA RESTAURANT OWNER AND VENICE RESIDENT IS IN TROUBLE FOR ALLEGEDLY VIDEOTAPING EMPLOYEES.  SARASOTA POLICE ARRESTED 41 YEAR OLD THOMAS HARVEY FRIDAY AFTER AN INVESTIGATION REVEALED HE WAS VIDEOTAPING FEMALE EMPLOYEES WHILE THEY CHANGED IN THEIR EMPLOYEE DRESSING ROOM.  AN EMPLOYEE BECAME SUSPICIOUS IN JULY AND ALERTED POLICE.  INVESTIGATORS HAVE COLLECTED SOME 500 VIDEOS AS EVIDENCE AND FOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED.  POLICE SAY THEY DID NOT FIND ANY EVIDENCE OF CAMERAS IN PUBLIC RESTROOMS, AND THEY HAVE NO PROBABLE CAUSE AT THIS TIME TO BELIEVE CAMERAS ARE IN ANY OF THE OTHER RESTAURANTS THAT HARVEY OWNS.  HARVEY WAS CHARGED WITH FOUR COUNTS OF VIDEO VOYERISM.  HE WAS RELEASED AFTER POSTING BAIL AND THE GALILEO REMAINS OPENED FOR BUSINESS.
