Sex Offender Arrested For Failure To Report And Comply With Registration Law
On January 17, 2024, Pasco County Sheriffs Office requested the assistance of the Arcadia Police Dept in regards to Matthew Montgomery (37) absconding their jurisdiction while being investigated by their agency. Montgomery was located at a hotel within the city limits. An arrest and search warrant were granted and executed. Montgomery was taken into custody and was charged with Sex Offender-Fail to Report and Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Law.
