PUBLISHED REPORTS SAY THE TEEN DRIVER THAT CRASHED AN SUV IN MARCH KILLING HIM AND THREE OTHER TEENS HAD ALCOHOL AND MARIJUANA IN HIS SYSTEM AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.  HOWEVER, THE HERALD TRIBUNE SAYS 19 YEAR OLD SEAN LEONARD HAS YET TO BE RULED LEGALLY IMPAIRED AFTER HE CRASHED A CHEVY TRAILBLAZER ON WILKINSON ROAD IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS OF MARCH 13TH.  THE FLORIDA HIGHWAY PATROL INVESTIGATION SAYS THAT LEONARD WAS GOING 99 MILES PER HOUR WHEN HE FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A SHARP CURVE IN THE ROADWAY.  THE SUV JUMPED A CURB AND ROLLED INTO A CONCRETE BLOCK WALL.  ALSO KILLED IN THE CRASH WERE LEONARD’S SISTER, 14 YEAR OLD JESSICA LEONARD, HER FRIEND 15 YEAR OLD KELLY JANIS, AND HIS BEST FRIEND, 19 YEAR OLD ANDREW MONROE.  TESTS PERFORMED ON SEAN LEONARD SHOWED THAT HIS BLOOD ALCOHOL LEVEL WAS BETWEEN A POINT ZERO ONE AND A POINT ZERO THREE.  YOU ARE CONSIDERED LEGALLY INTOXICATED AT POINT ZERO EIGHT, BUT LEONARD WAS UNDER THE LEGAL DRINKING AGE OF 21.
