THREE ARRESTED FOR DEALING OXYCODONE

THREE PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED MONDAY AFTERNOON AFTER MULTIPLE DRUG DEALS WITH UNDERCOVER DETECTIVES IN CHARLOTTE COUNTY.  DEPUTIES SAY 22 YEAR OLD MICHAEL COCHARA OF NORTH PORT AND 32 YEAR OLD JOHN LEMBACHNER OF ELLENTON WERE BOTH TAKEN IN AFTER UNDERCOVER AGENTS PURCHASED OXYCODONE PILLS FROM COCHARA ON THE FIFTH, SIXTH, AND ON MONDAY.  LEMBACHNER REPORTEDLY DELIVERED PILLS TO COCHARA IN NORTH PORT ON MONDAY, AND THEY MET THE DETECTIVE AT THE PORT CHARLOTTE TOWN CENTER MALL.  BOTH WERE TAKEN IN CUSTODY ON MULTIPLE DRUG CHARGES.  ALSO, 23 YEAR OLD BRENT HUGHES OF EL JOBEAN WAS ARRESTED FOLLOWING UNDERCOVER BUYS IN APRIL, MAY AND SEPTEMBER.  HE WAS PICKED UP ON MONDAY AS WELL, AND THE THREE REMAIN IN THE CHARLOTTE COUNTY JAIL ON BONDS RANGING FROM $24,500 DOLLARS FOR HUGHES TO $43,500 DOLLARS FOR COCHARA.
