THREE MIAMI MEN WERE ARRESTED WEDNESDAY FOR ALLEGEDLY TRYING TO PASS FAKE HUNDRED DOLLAR BILLS IN PORT CHARLOTTE.  CHARLOTTE COUNTY DEPUTIES SAY THEY RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE CVS ON TAMIAMI TRAIL AT 3:15PM WEDNESDAY ADVISING A HISPANIC MAN TRIED TO BUY A BOX OF TIDE WITH THE BOGUS BILL.  THE CLERK REFUSED THE BILL AND THE MAN RAN OUT OF THE STORE.  WHEN THE DEPUTY ARRIVED THE CLERK POINTED TOWARDS KINGS HIGHWAY AND HARBORVIEW ROAD WHERE THE GETAWAY VEHICLE HEADED.  SHE HAD THE TAG NUMBER AND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE SUV, WHICH RAN THROUGH A TRAFFIC LIGHT WITHOUT STOPPING.  A DEPUTY FOLLOWING THE TRUCK SAW THE PASSENGER DOOR OPEN AND OBSERVED SEVERAL SMALL ITEMS THROWN ONTO THE HIGHWAY.  THE DEPUTY PULLED OVER THE TRUCK ON KINGS HIGHWAY WHILE ANOTHER DEPUTY RETRIEVED A WHITE ENVELOPE TORN IN HALF WHICH CONTAINED SEVEN COUNTERFEIT ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR BILLS.  A TOTAL OF SEVENTEEN FAKE ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR BILLS WERE FOUND ON THE THREE MEN.  24 YEAR OLD DYLAN CAPESTANY WAS CHARGED WITH UTTERING A FORGED BILL, WHILE 19 YEAR OLD LUIS AGUERO-GONZALEZ AND 44 YEAR OLD IHOSVAY FERNANDEZ WERE BOTH CHARGED WITH PRINCIPAL TO UTTERING A FORGED BILL.  ALL THREE WERE BOOKED INTO THE CHARLOTTE COUNTY JAIL, AND DETECTIVES SAY THE INVESTIGATION IS CONTINUING WITH THE US SECRET SERVICE BEING INVOLVED.
