The chain of events unfolded as follows: a tow truck was heading north on County Road 769, south of County Road 760, while towing a trailer. Simultaneously, an SUV was traveling south on CR-769 toward the tow truck, and another pickup truck was following behind the tow truck in the northbound direction.
