TWO 15 YEAR OLDS WERE ARRESTED SATURDAY IN CONNECTION WITH A STRING OF VEHICLE BREAK-INS IN CHARLOTTE COUNTY.  DEPUTIES SAY THEY FOUND THE BOY AND GIRL AS THEY RODE BIKES IN THE AREA OF THE THEFTS AT AROUND 2AM SATURDAY, BUT THEY PEDELED FASTER AS AUTHORITIES CLOSED IN.  THEY THEN DITCHED THE BIKES AND TRIED TO RUN, BUT AFTER TIRING OUT THEY WALKED BACK TOWARDS DEPUTIES AND GAVE UP.  A BACKPACK WAS RECOVERED WITH THREE GPS SYSTEMS, ELECTRONIC EARPHONES, FOUR DOLLARS CASH, AND LIGHTERS WHICH WERE REPORTEDLY TAKEN FROM FOUR VEHICLES.  THE TWO WERE CHARGED WITH FLEEING TO ELUDE, FOUR COUNTS OF BURGLARY, TWO COUNTS OF PETTY THEFT, AND TWO COUNTS OF GRAND THEFT.  THEY WERE TAKEN TO THE CHARLOTTE COUNTY JAIL, THEN RELEASED TO THEIR PARENTS.
