TWO PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED WEDNESDAY AFTER YET ANOTHER UNDERCOVER DRUG STING IN CHARLOTTE COUNTY.  UNDERCOVER DETECTIVES REPORTEDLY BOUGHT OXYCODONE PILLS FROM 42 YEAR OLD GUNNER MAGRATH OF PORT CHARLOTTE BACK ON JULY 16TH, AND ROXICODONE PILLS AT HIS HOME ON MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY OF THIS WEEK.  MAGRATH ATTEMPTED TO ESCAPE WHEN BACKUP UNITS ARRIVED ON WEDNESDAY AND HE ATTEMPTED TO CONCEAL THE EVIDENCE.  HE WAS BOOKED ON NINE CHARGES INCLUDING TWO FELONY COUNTS OF SALE AND DELIVERY OF ROXICODONE AND RESISTING.  30 YEAR OLD VANESSA CHIAPPERINI, ALSO OF PORT CHARLOTTE, WAS ARRESTED FOR HER PART IN THE WEDNESDAY TRANSACTION, CHARGED WITH SALE AND DELIVERY OF ROXICODONE.  SHE POSTED $5000 DOLLARS BOND AND WAS RELEASED, WHILE MAGRATH IS STILL BEING HELD ON $23,500 BOND IN THE CHARLOTTE COUNTY JAIL.  DEPUTIES REPORT HE IS A CONVICTED FELON WITH 11 BOOKINGS AND 20 ARRESTS IN CHARLOTTE COUNTY ALONE.
