TWO PUNTA GORDA MEN WERE ARRESTED AFTER SENDING A PIZZA DELIVERY MAN TO A PHONY HOUSE TUESDAY NIGHT.  PUNTA GORDA POLICE SAY THE DRIVER WAS TRYING TO DELIVER AN ORDER TO A HOME ON WHITE PINE COURT AT AROUND 10PM WHEN 19 YEAR OLD CLAYTON STUARTS JR. ALLEGEDLY GRABBED THE FOOD WARMING BAG FROM HIM.  THE DRIVER WAS ABLE TO GIVE A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF STUARTS AND 19 YEAR OLD ERIC NEALON.  AN OFFICER FOUND THE STOLEN FOOD WARMING BAG IN A TREE NEAR WHITE PINE COURT.  THREE PEOPLE, INCLUDING NEALON AND STUARTS WERE LOCATED NEARBY AND QUESTIONED.  NEALON ADMITTED TO DETECTIVES THAT HE CALLED THE PIZZA PLACE, PLACED THE ORDER, AND GAVE THE FALSE ADDRESS. POLICE ALSO FOUND MARIJUANA ON STUARTS, WHO WAS CHARGED WITH ROBBERY, PETTY THEFT AND POSSESSION OF LESS THAN 20 GRAMS OF POT.  NEALON WAS CHARGED WITH ROBBERY AND PETTY THEFT.  BOTH POSTED BOND AND WERE RELEASED FROM THE CHARLOTTE COUNTY JAIL.
