CHARLOTTE COUNTY NARCOTICS DETECTIVES WITH AN ASSIST BY THE STREET CRIMES UNIT CONDUCTED AN UNDERCOVER OPERATION WEDNESDAY WHICH NETTED ONE ARREST.  DEPUTIES SAY THE UNDERCOVER PURCHASE OF CRACK COCAINE WAS MADE IN THE WALMART PARKING LOT ON SOUTH MCCALL ROAD.  51 YEAR OLD MARK KAPUSCHINSKI OF ROTONDA MET THE DETECTIVES THERE AND SOLD THEM THE CRACK, AND AS HE WAS LEAVING DETECTIVES MOVED IN FOR THE ARREST.  DETECTIVES FOUND 25 GRAMS OF METHAMPHETAMINE, 1.4 GRAMS OF CRACK, 76 XANAX PILLS, A GRAM OF POWDERED COCAINE, AND $1135 CASH.  KAPUSCHINSKI’S FORD F-150 PICKUP WAS SEIZED AS WELL, AND HE WAS BOOKED ON MULTIPLE DRUG CHARGES.  HE IS BEING HELD WITHOUT BOND IN THE CHARLOTTE COUNTY JAIL AS HE IS A CONVICTED FELON WITH 10 BOOKINGS AND 18 RECORDS.
