On Election Day, polling places across DeSoto County open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Voters must visit their assigned precinct, as voting outside of your designated precinct is not permitted. Hereβs a list of the main polling locations:

What to Bring
Voters should bring a valid photo ID with signature. Acceptable IDs include a Florida driverβs license, U.S. passport, military ID, or student ID. If the ID lacks a signature, another form of ID with a signature is required.
Vote-By-Mail Options
If youβre unable to make it to the polls, DeSoto County offers a convenient vote-by-mail option. Requests for vote-by-mail ballots can be made online or by calling the Supervisor of Elections office. Ballots must be returned by 7:00 PM on Election Day to be counted.
