CHARLOTTE COUNTY SHERIFF’S DETECTIVES ARRESTED A PORT CHARLOTTE WOMAN FOR STEALING NEARLY $2000 IN FLEA MEDICINE FROM THE PUNTA GORDA WAL-MART LAST MONTH.  A NEWSPAPER READER TIPPED OFF DEPUTIES THAT THE PEOPLE PICTURED IN THE JUNE 18TH HEIST WERE 38 YEAR OLD RICHARD AND STACIE MARSHALL.  DETECTIVES WENT TO THEIR EASY STREET HOME LAST FRIDAY, BUT ONLY STACIE WAS THERE.  SHE WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH GRAND THEFT.  SHE POSTED A $2500 BOND AND WAS RELEASED FROM THE CHARLOTTE COUNTY JAIL ON SATURDAY.  RICHARD MARSHALL IS STILL ON THE LAMB AND DEPUTIES SAY HE IS REGISTERED AS A CONVICTED FELON AS OF LAST FEBRUARY 10TH.  A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST HAS BEEN ISSUED.  THE MARSHALL’S WERE SELLING THE 47 BOXES OF FRONTLINE PLUS FLEA CONTROL ON E-BAY, AND DEPUTIES SAY THIS IS COMMON.  ANYONE WITH INFORMATION ON THE WHEREABOUTS OF RICHARD MARSHALL IS ASKED TO CALL DETECTIVE RICHARD NIX AT 639-2101, OR CRIME STOPPERS AT 800-780-TIPS.
