A traffic stop on the Liberty Expressway in Dougherty County, Georgia, ended Thursday morning with a man hospitalized and a family demanding answers. One man became lodged under an ICE patrol car and was seriously injured.
His family has identified him as Edgar Cabrera Gomez. They say he was not the driver of the van and that he was injured when agents ran him over while he was fleeing.
