Clancy’s Irish Pub & Grill brings its annual Oktoberfest fundraiser back to 6218 Cortez Road West on Saturday, October 17, 2026. The day runs long and full: live German music from Gemütlichkeit and a stein-holding competition starting at 1 p.m., with cornhole, raffles and a silent auction filling out the afternoon until 3. The Eric Von Band takes the stage from 6 to 10 p.m., and karaoke closes the night from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Proceeds benefit the Manatee Boys & Girls Lacrosse Boosters, the volunteer group that supports local youth lacrosse, including the Manatee High program coming off a 20-3 season. German food specials include bratwurst with sauerkraut, schnitzel with mushroom gravy, pierogies and a Bavarian pretzel board, available while supplies last, so an early arrival is your friend if the menu matters to you.

Clancy’s has been part of the Bradenton scene since 2000 and regularly hosts live music and community events, which makes this a comfortable fit. It’s a free, family-friendly way to spend a Saturday close to home while putting money behind Manatee County student athletes. So: are you going for the stein contest, the schnitzel, or the karaoke finale?
