NORTH PORT POLICE ARE ASKING FOR HELP IN AN INVESTIGATION OF A SEXUAL BATTERY CASE. POLICE SAY THE ATTACK HAPPENED MONDAY MORNING JUST BEFORE 8:00 IN THE AREA OF PONCE DE LEON BOULEVARD AND BISCAYNE DRIVE. THE VICTIM TOLD POLICE SHE WAS ATTACKED AT KNIFE POINT BY A HISPANIC MAN WEARING A DARK SHIRT AND SHORTS. DETECTIVES HAVE NOT RELEASED ANY OTHER INFORMATION AS THEY CONTINUE TO INVESTIGATE.
