CHARLOTTE COUNTY SHERIFF’S DETECTIVES ARE LOOKING FOR THE PULBIC’S HELP IN FINDING TWO PEOPLE WHO TOOK FORTY-SEVEN PACKAGES OF FRONTLINE PLUS FROM THE PUNTA GORDA WAL-MART STORE EARLIER IN THE MONTH. OFFICIALS FROM THE STORE CONTACTED DEPUTIES LAST FRIDAY AND SAID THE ENTIRE INVENTORY WAS GONE FROM SHELVES BUT NONE HAD BEEN SOLD. SURVEILLANCE VIDEO SHOWS TWO SUSPECTS STEALING THE PACKAGES ON JUNE 18TH AT 11:15AM AND TAKING THEM TO THEIR SILVER OR WHITE VEHICLE WITH A SUNROOF. THE WOMAN IS SEEN FILLING HER PURSE AND LEAVING THROUGH THE GARDEN CENTER, THEN GOING BACK IN AND DOING IT AGAIN. THE MAN WITH HER EXITS THE STORE WHILE THE WOMAN PAYS FOR A BAG OF DOG FOOD AT THE CHECK-OUT. SHE IS DESCRIBED AS BEING IN HER MID 40S, HEAVY SET WITH BROWN BUSHY HAIR WEARING A GREEN TANK TOP AND LIGHT GREEN SHORTS. THE MAN, POSSIBLY HISPANIC, IS IN HIS LATE 30S AND HAD SHORT BLACK HAIR, AND A BEARD AND WAS WEARING A BLUE SHIRT AND SHORTS. THE VALUE OF THE STOLEN FRONTLINE PLUS IS ABOUT $2000.
