CHARLOTTE COUNTY NARCOTICS DETECTIVES RAIDED A PORT CHARLOTTE BUSINESS FOR THE SECOND TIME IN A LITTLE MORE THAN A MONTH AND FOUND PROSTITUTION STILL GOING ON THERE.  DEPUTIES SAY THEY SERVED A SEARCH WARRANT AT AROMA THERAPY PLUS ON TAMIAMI TRAIL AT AROUND 11AM TUESDAY AND ARRESTED 36 YEAR OLD JENNIFER SILLETTI OF NORTH PORT, 21 YEAR OLD TRACY COCCARELLI OF PORT CHARLOTTE, AND THEIR BOSS 44 YEAR OLD RONALD NEFF JR. OF PUNTA GORDA.  DETECTIVES HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATING THE BUSINESS FOR MONTHS AND HAVE FOUND SEVERAL PEOPLE RECEIVING COMPENSATION FOR SEXUAL ACTS ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS.  THEY FOUND AN ADD IN THE SUN EARLIER THIS MONTH FOR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, AND A FEMALE DETECTIVE CONTACTED NEFF LAST FRIDAY.  NEFF MET WITH THE DETECTIVE AND EXPLAINED HIS ELABORATE VIDEO SYSTEM AND HOW HE AND THE GIRLS GOT PAID.  HE WAS CHARGED WITH DERIVING SUPPORT FROM PROSTITUTION, WHILE SILLETTI AND COCCARELLI WERE BOTH CHARGED WITH PROSTITUTION.  COCCARELLI WAS ALSO HIT WITH DRUG CHARGES ALONG WITH 22 YEAR OLD CHRISTOPHER WILSON BECAUSE OF A DRUG TRANSACTION WITH UNDERCOVER DETECTIVES BACK ON NOVEMBER 15TH.  ALL FOUR MADE BOND AND WERE RELEASED.
