THE SECOND WEEK OF EARLY VOTING IS UNDERWAY IN THE SOUTHWEST PLEX.  IN CHARLOTTE COUNTY, THERE ARE THREE PLACES TO VOTE EARLY FOR NEXT TUESDAY’S GENERAL ELECTION.  THEY ARE:  THE SAN CASA ELECTIONS OFFICE AT 6868 SAN CASA IN ENGLEWOOD; THE MID-COUNTY REGIONAL LIBRARY AT 2050 FOREST NELSON BOULEVARD IN PORT CHARLOTTE; AND THE SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS OFFICE AT THE HISTORIC COURTHOUSE, 226 TYLER STREET, PUNTA GORDA.  HOURS TO VOTE ARE 9-5 THROUGH FRIDAY AND 9-1 ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.  IN SARASOTA COUNTY, THERE ARE FIVE PLACES WHERE YOU CAN VOTE EARLY.  THREE ARE IN SARASOTA AND TWO ARE IN THE SOUTH COUNTY.  THEY ARE:  THE NORTH PORT SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS OFFICE IN BISCAYNE PLAZA AT 13640 TAMIAMI TRAIL; AND THE R L ANDERSON ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AT 4000 SOUTH TAMIAMI TRAIL IN VENICE.  HOURS TO VOTE ARE 8:30-4:30 THROUGH FRIDAY, 9-1 ON SATURDAY, AND 1-5 ON SUNDAY.  AS OF FRIDAY, MORE THAN 14,000 PEOPLE HAD VOTED EARLY IN SARASOTA COUNTY.
