SARASOTA COUNTY DEPUTIES ARRESTED A SARASOTA WOMAN EARLY THIS MORNING AFTER SHE WAS PULLED OVER FOR SPEEDING.  DEPUTIES STOPPED 29 YEAR OLD JENNIFER CALVILLO JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT ON TAMIAMI TRAIL NORTH OF STICKNEY POINT ROAD AFTER THEY CLOCKED HER GOING 70 IN A POSTED 45 MILE PER HOUR ZONE.  WHEN THE DEPUTY QUESTIONED CALVILLO HE NOTED HER SLURRING HER WORDS AND HE COULD SMELL ALCOHOL ON HER BREATH.  THE DEPUTY ALSO NOTED THAT CALVILLO’S EYES WERE BLOODSHOT.  CALVILLO TOLD THE DEPUTY THAT SHE WAS TAKING HER 12 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER TO THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE SHE WAS HIT BY A CAR A WEEK AGO.  SHE ADMITTED TO HAVING A SHOT OF VODKA BUT COULDN’T RECALL WHEN.  THE DAUGHTER TOLD THE OFFICER THAT HER TWO BROTHERS AGES 3 AND 6 WERE HOME SLEEPING ALONE BECAUSE CALVILLO COULDN’T GET ANYONE TO WATCH THEM.  DCF WAS NOTIFIED AND CALVILLO WAS CHARGED WITH DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, TWO COUNTS OF CHILD NEGLECT, AND RESISTING ARREST.
