A multi-state manhunt is intensifying for a woman accused of a brutal murder in the Florida Panhandle. Isabelle Johnson is wanted for the killing of Jason Coulthart, whose remains were discovered in a shallow grave in Freeport back in June. Since then, Johnson has been on the run, and authorities believe she is moving between Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. The Walton County Sheriff’s Office is now offering a reward of up to $16,000 for information that leads to her arrest.
What’s raising alarms is that five people have already been arrested for allegedly helping Johnson evade capture. They are accused of providing her with rides, money, and cell phones. Chief Deputy Dustin Cosson warned the public to be cautious if they encounter someone seeking help, a ride, or money, as Johnson may attempt to blend in and ask for assistance. She is described as a white woman, 5’3″, 120 pounds, with brown hair and visible tattoos on her hand and ankle.
Cosson had a direct message for the fugitive: “We’re going to get you, there’s no question, we’ll find you.
