A VAN WITH 10 PEOPLE ON BOARD OVERTURNED ON THE INTERSTATE MONDAY NIGHT.  THE FLORIDA HIGHWAY PATROL SAYS 44 YEAR OLD BARBARA HOOD OF JACKSON, OHIO WAS NORTHBOUND ON I-75 APPROACHING THE TUCKERS GRADE EXIT RAMP JUST AFTER 8PM MONDAY WHEN SHE LOST CONTROL.  THE VAN ENTERED THE GRASSY SHOULDER, AND THEN HEADED NORTHWEST RE-ENTERING THE INTERSTATE.  THE VAN THEN FLIPPED OVER AND LANDED ON ITS HOOD IN THE RIGHT LANE.  ALL OF THE PASSENGERS WERE FROM FLORIDA AND ALL BUT ONE WERE TAKEN TO CHARLOTTE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER WITH MINOR INJURIES.  TROOPERS SAY ALL TEN PEOPLE ON BOARD THE VAN WERE WEARING THEIR SEAT BELTS, AND HOOD WAS SIGHTED FOR CARELESS DRIVING IN THE ACCIDENT, WHICH CLOSED THE EXIT RAMP TO TUCKERS GRADE AND THE INTERSTATE FOR OVER AN HOUR.
