CHARLOTTE COUNTY NARCOTICS DETECTIVES RAIDED A PUNTA GORDA HOME AND FOUND DRUGS AMONGST TWO SMALL CHILDREN.  DEPUTIES SAY THE RAID TOOK PLACE THURSDAY AT 2800 PALM DRIVE, AND JUST BEFORE THEY MOVED IN, 35 YEAR OLD KEVIN BIEHL WAS SEEN LEAVING HIS PLACE ON A CHILD’S BICYCLE.  BIEHL AGREED TO GO BACK TO THE HOME, WHERE 40 YEAR OLD ROBYN BURNETT WAS INSIDE WITH THE TWO KIDS.  A SEARCH FOUND OPIATES, METHAMPHETAMINES, AND NUMEROUS PARAPHERNALIA ITEMS WITH METH RESIDUE ON THEM.  THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES WAS CALLED IN AND THE CHILDREN WERE TURNED OVER TO A RELATIVE.  BOTH BIEHL AND BURNETT WERE ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, AND CHILD NEGLECT.  BOTH WERE TAKEN TO THE CHARLOTTE COUNTY JAIL.
