A SARASOTA MAN DIED WHEN THE MOTOR HOME HE WAS DRIVING CRASHED IN MANATEE COUNTY.  THE FLORIDA HIGHWAY PATROL SAYS 52 YEAR OLD ROY KIPP WAS NORTHBOUND IN THE INSIDE LANE OF THE INTERSTATE NEAR MILE MARKER 220 JUST AFTER 11:15AM TUESDAY WHEN THE MOTOR HOME DRIFTED ACROSS THE HIGHWAY AND ONTO THE EAST SHOULDER OF THE ROADWAY.  THE HOME CONTINUED OFF THE SHOULDER AND HIT SEVERAL SMALL TREES AND SHRUBS BEFORE SMACKING INTO A PINE TREE AND A FENCE.  THE HOME CONTINUED THROUGH THE FENCE AND HIT A LARGE TREE AND FINALLY STOPPED.  KIPP WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE.  NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE VEHICLE.  TROOPERS SAY HE WAS WEARING HIS SEAT BELT AND ALCOHOL WAS NOT A FACTOR.
